How To Book

All requests for bookings may be made by completing a booking request form or by calling (905) 306 6100 to arrange an appointment to visit the Living Arts Centre during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm).

LAC will obtain the necessary booking information and provide the customer with all relevant instructions and information (e.g. room capacity, accessibility features and hours of operation).

A rental contract will be issued to the customer. The contract will include all details pertaining to the terms and conditions of use of the space(s) along with applicable deposits/fees for required services provided by the LAC.

Hours Of Operation Office hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Rental Policy When not in use by the LAC, the Facilities at the LAC are available for use by members of the public, including charitable, not-for-profit and commercial groups, primarily for presentations, activities or events that are artistic, arts-based cultural, civic, recreational or educational in nature and/or for social and business purposes. Priority will be given to arts and arts-based cultural organizations.
